1) Login to your parking portal and select the "Visitors" icon in the menu.
2) Complete and submit the form that pops up by following the prompts.
3) After the guest vehicle registartion form is submitted it will be emailed, as selected in the form.
4) Review the confirmation email to ensure all the vehicle information is correct.

Free! 48 West offers complimentary guest parking to its residents but parking spaces are limited. Although the guest vehicle must be properly registered and in designated guest parking, which can be found here.
No, it is no longer required to print and display a guest pass. However, the guest vehicle must still be properly register and follow all applicable rules.
There could be a few reasons for this:
1. Capacity: When the current guest registrations throughout the property make-up for the
capacity available. This can happen from time-to-time which there is increased traffic due
to an event, such as: holidays, football games, commencement, etc...
2. Limits: Each resident is allowed a specific number of guest registrations per month (see
parking rules & regulation). This is done to allow every resident to enjoy guests and not
just to a select few hoarding guest registrations.
3. Suspension: If a resident's parking portal is suspended this may revoke any or all parking
privileges, including but not limited to guest registrations.
Guest vehicles must be properly registered (see parking rules & regulations) AND be parked in one of the two guest parking lots, which can be found here.
Up to 24 hours, as selected when completing the guest vehicle registration. Guest registrations may be revoked and subject to immobilization at anytime if found in violation of the parking rules & regulations.
