1) All vehicles must be properly registered and display a visible parking pass.
2) Passes must be unobstructed and completely visible from the front of the vehicle.
3) Resident passes must be fully adhered, as intended, to the inside lower driver’s side corner of the windshield. (see Fig. 1)
4) Guest passes must be printed and placed on the dashboard face up, unobstructed and completely visible. (see Fig. 2)
5) Guest passes will be limited to 8 per month per resident not to exceed the property capacity.
6) Guest vehicle may not remain on the property for more than 2 days.
7) Parking is allowed in “valid” parking spots indicated between two marked parallel lines. (With the exception of behind the garages which must be a resident or a guest of the unit).
8) All vehicles must only park in the spots designated by the pass. (I.E. Covered, General or Garage parking.)
9) All guest passes are designated as General parking and may only park in general parking.
10) Parking in handicapped spots requires a clearly visible handicap plate, hanger or placard and a valid parking pass.
11) Tampering with an immobilization device (boot) may result in fines to the registered owner or operator of the vehicle.
12) Hazardous or unsafe parking is not allowed.
13) Residents must pay fines within 24 hours; failure may lead to immobilization with an additional cost of $60.00 (subject to change)
14) Vehicles must comply with Michigan state law (I.E., expired tabs, excessive noise, no plates, etc.)
15) All vehicles must be in a reasonably good working, roadworthy condition.
16) No parking in spots marked as "reserved" with written permission by Absolute Security.
17) Each resident is permitted to have one operable vehicle registered on the property.
18) Absolute Security nor property management will be held liable for theft or damage to vehicles while on the premises.
19) No commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, campers, large trucks or vans without the written consent of Absolute Security.
20) No parking in non-designated areas such as; roadway, walkway, driveway, or any other area not specifically designated for parking.
21) Violations: Registered Vehicles:
1st- Warning with 24 hours to resolve. (Ex: parking pass is not adhered to the windshield)
2nd- $20.00 fine will be issued, must resolve within 24 hours, or face immobilization with an
additional cost of $60.00 (subject to change)*
3rd or more - Vehicle immobilization with $60.00 (subject to change)*
*After 72 hours fee may increase and vehicle removed from the property.
22) Lost, damaged, or stolen passes: report immediately to Absolute Security. Invalid or “old” passes will be replaced within 7 days. An additional registration fee of $35 may apply.
23) Fake, forged, altered or invalid passes will result in immobilization device, without warning.
24) Rentals, Repairs or Replacement:
a. Rental vehicles must display a valid guest parking pass or request a
temporary pass from Absolute Security.
b. Borrowed vehicles must display a valid guest parking pass or request a
temporary pass from Absolute Security.
c. Immediately report any replacement vehicles to Absolute Security to obtain a new parking
pass. $35 replacement fee will apply.
25) Parking passes are valid only at the registered property.
26) Parking passes become invalid at move-out, eviction and/or expiration.
27) Verbal rules or exceptions do not apply.
28) Absolute Security may revoke passes anytime
29) Absolute Security reserves the right to update or amend these rules.
