There are several approved drop off locations throughout the off-campus area in Allendale. Click here for QR Codes with the Google Map links to each location. The device must be returned, per the instructions, to avoid additional fees.
If you believe your vehicle has been wrongly or mistakenly booted please reach out to us at Alllendaleparking@gmail.com.
Your email must include the following:
1. The vehicle information (make, model, color and license plate)
2. The date when booted
3. Which property the vehicle was located at
4. The case and device number
5. Reason for the dispute
Please note: Security Officers or Dispatchers are not authorized to give refunds or removals for free and will also refer you to this email address.
