1) Login to your parking portal and select the "Visitors" icon in the menu.
2) Complete and submit the form that pops up by following the prompts.
3) After the guest pass form is submitted the pass will be emailed, as selected in the form.
4) Print the pass that was emailed and properly display the pass in the vehicle.

Yes. Guest passes must be printed and placed on the dashboard face up, unobstructed and completely visible.
Yes, the Leasing Office does have a printer available for use. Any technical issues or other errors are not an acceptable reason for not printing a pass. Handwritten passes are not accepted.
There could be a few reasons for this:
1. Capacity: When the current guest passes throughout the property make-up for the
capacity available. This can happen from time-to-time when there is increased traffic due
to an event, such as: holidays, football games, commencement, etc....
2. Suspension: If a resident's parking portal is suspended this may revoke any or all parking
privileges, including but not limited to guest passes.
Guest vehicles must properly display a guest pass (see parking rules & regulations) AND be parked in designated guest parking, which can be found here.
Up to 48 hours, as selected when completing the guest pass form. Guest parking passes may be revoked and subject to immobilization at anytime if found in violation of the parking rules & regulations.
