You are still required to register for a parking portal which will allow you access to the guest vehicle registration form. The parking portal registration fee is a fixed $35.
You must contact us immediately at (616) 245-4500 and provide the dispatcher with the requested information. You will be provided instructions on where you may park in the meantime.
Please note that if you do not call to report the issue through this process, your own vehicle may be subject to enforcement.
Rental or borrowed vehicles must be properly registered as a guest or request a temporary vehicle designation from Absolute Security prior to parking on the property.
Immediately report any replacement to Absolute Security in order to get authorization to update your account. to obtain a new parking pass. Registrations are vehicle specific and non-transferable. A $35 registration will be applied to your account.

There could be a few reasons for this:
1. Capacity: When the current guest registrations throughout the property make-up for the
capacity available. This can happen from time-to-time which there is increased traffic due
to an event, such as: holidays, football games, commencement, etc...
2. Limits: Each resident is allowed a specific number of guest registrations per month (see
parking rules & regulations). This is done to allow every resident to enjoy guests and not
just to a select few hoarding guest registrations.
3. Suspension: If a resident's parking portal is suspended this may revoke any or all parking
privileges, including but not limited to guest registrations.
No, it is no longer required to print and display a guest pass. However, the guest vehicle must still be properly register and follow all applicable rules.
