Frequently Asked Questions (Resident Parking)

You are still required to register for a parking portal which will allow you access to guest passes. The parking portal registration fee is a fixed $35.

Rental or borrowed vehicles must display a valid guest parking pass or request a temporary pass from Absolute Security.

Immediately report any replacement to Absolute Security to obtain a new parking pass. $35 replacement fee will apply.

Report immediately to Absolute Security. Invalid or “old” passes will be replaced within 7 days. An additional registration fee of $35 will apply. Subsequently, any vehicle found with an invalid pass that was previously reported as lost, stolen or damaged will be subject to a immobilization without warning.

No. You will need to register for a new pass by emailing Allendaleparking@gmail.com and purchase a new pass.

There could be a few reasons for this:

     1. Capacity: When the current guest passes throughout the property make-up for the

         capacity available. This can happen from time-to-time which there is increased traffic due

         to an event, such as: holidays, football games, commencement, etc...

     2. Limits: Each resident is allowed a specific number of guest passes per month (see

         parking rules & regulations). This is done to allow every resident to enjoy guests and not

         just to a select few hoarding guest passes.

     3. Suspension: If a resident's parking portal is suspended this may revoke any or all parking

         privileges, including but not limited to guest passes.. 

Yes. Guest passes must be printed and placed on the dashboard face up, unobstructed and completely visible. 

There are several printers available in the immediate area, such as the on-campus library. Please choose the one that best suits your needs. Any technical issues or other errors are not an acceptable reason for not printing a pass. Handwritten passes are not accepted.
